Job Overview

Our client, a logistics company in Concord is looking for dynamic Operational Clerk to join their team.

JOB DESCRIPTION

* Prepare running bills for outbound trailers in timely manner

* Scanning trips in AS400

* Ensure the correct info is manifested on running bills by checking/entering dangerous goods info. Mark Heat during heat season

* Sort/Trip/Pull bills / attached packing slips for City, Interline and Hamilton (Mark’s Work Warehouse)

* Imaging the BOL’s in our scanning system.

* Assist operation department and customer service department to trace missing POD and BOL

* File scanned documents

* Assist in general tripping of outbound Loads

REQUIREMENTS

* Basic computer and keyboarding skills including good writing and spreadsheet skills

* Excellent communication skills

* Very detail oriented with good multitasking abilities

LOCATION: – Concord – (near Jane Street & Langstaff Road)

SHIFT: Evening shift: – 8:00 pm to 4:30 am, Monday to Friday

PAY RATE: $14.00 per hour
